| Reviews of Vancouver Hyatt Regency Hotel |
We enjoyed a two night stay at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver. This is not a
budget hotel for the thrifty. It does deliver elegance, refined service and
amenities (but know that the ubiquitous Internet access is $10/day and parking
is $24/day). Met our high expectations of Hyatt Regency in every way. A formal,
polite and business-like attitude among the staff is prominent. We used kiosk
checkin so had relatively limited contact. Excellent shampoo and conditioner.
Check out the view from the 34th floor of the canyons of downtown Vancouver,
adjacent mountains and harbor. Within walking distance of Canada Place.
All the pictures and reviews from others are true...the positives ones that
is. Rooms are very well appointed, clean, comfy, down duvets, spacious room,
modern washroom with rain shower head from ceiling, spa toiletries (shampoon,
conditioner, body lotion and massage bar), hair dryer with funnel attachment,
flat screen TV and mini fridge with snacks.
Excellent location...hop, skip and jump to everything. Robson is just 2 blocks
north for great window shopping and restaurants which is fully accessible by
walking.
Internet is $9.95 per day. Self parking is $24/day.
Would definitely stay here again!
This was my first trip to Vancouver for a conference. I stayed at the Hyatt
for a week during the conference and the hotel is wonderful. The rooms have been
recently remodeled and are fantastic with very comfortable beds, plasma tv's and
a great bathroom with rainfall shower. The hotel is located downtown within
walking distance of everything you will need, restaurants, shops, starbucks
...anything !
The staff is friendly and helpful. The lobby is very stylish and the restaurants
are on par with hotel restaurants. Great desk area for working and wonderful
fitness center with new equipment and TV's on each treadmill. You cant go wrong
with this hotel when in Vancouver. |
